Dr. William (Bill) Barrick is a leading Hebrew scholar and served as a Professor of Old Testament and the Director of Doctoral Studies at The Master’s Seminary for nearly 20 years.  Together, Bill and Canyon Ministries Director of Operations Adam Huff co-lead this river trip themed toward studying Genesis chapters 1 thru 11 in relation to how it applies to the Grand Canyon and our own personal lives.

This trip will focus on gaining new insight and understanding of God’s Word, and a deeper appreciation for the authority of the Bible in all aspects of both science and scripture.  What better place to study the foundational narrative of Genesis than in the Grand Canyon, surrounded by the foundations of the earth?

The trip includes a day/night at the famous Bar 10 Ranch with horseback riding, skeet shooting, and ATV rides, a 7-minute helicopter ride to the bottom of the Grand Canyon, days rafting the Colorado River, a jet boat ride into Lake Mead, plus a few surprises along the way.  Packed full of family fun from start to finish!
