Nate Loper
Nate is the Executive Director of Canyon Ministries, and has spent nearly 1,000 tour days exploring and teaching in the Grand Canyon National Park. Having traveled the nation teaching in churches, schools, and Christian universities for over 20 years, he has also led tours through dozens of national parks and natural history museums in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
He has also been a speaker for various conferences, camps, and conventions on creation and Christian living. Before joining Canyon Ministries he spent 12 years as a student ministries pastor, as well as a Christian school teacher on biblical apologetics, archaeology, astronomy, and geology.
Having grown up in American Southwest, he loves exploring its rich landscape, geology, and people history.

Dr. Bill Barrick
For over 50 years Bill has taught in churches, Christian schools, camps, Bible colleges, and seminaries around the world and throughout the U.S. His speaking engagements have included a variety of Bible conferences, creation society meetings, and church seminars.
Bill has served the Lord as a professor of Old Testament and Hebrew, a missionary Bible translator and church planter in Bangladesh, and as the chairman of the board for Canyon Ministries. He has also led trips to Israel and participated in archaeological excavation there.
Growing up in the Rocky Mountains, Bill received a grant for wildlife ecology research with Colorado State University, and has been co-leader of 26 rafting trips in Grand Canyon. He has also authored a number of published articles and essays on the events in Genesis, and has presented related papers as a member of several societies. He also currently serves as the Secretary-Treasurer for the Creation Theology Society.
