We March Forth!

God continues to do great things here at Canyon Ministries, and we continue to be amazed.

Once again, we want to thank everyone who has stepped up in helping the ministry this past year. From prayers, to financial support, to notes and emails of encouragement, you have been the fuel that has helped enable us to remain a strong voice in the wilderness. We praise God for you being part of our Canyon Ministries family.

We want to update you on this year so far and trust you’ll be encouraged. So far, 2021 is very promising for the number of people we will be reaching for the kingdom and the number of folks who will be joining us for faith-building tours and adventures here in Grand Canyon country. This March will go down in the books as the most reservations we’ve ever seen in any month of our existence.

This is extremely encouraging to our team here, considering last March the Grand Canyon National Park was shut down, and many of our tours and river trips were canceled due to COVID closures. Once things began to open up again in late May, we were very fortunate to be invited by the park to be one of only 10% of tour companies allowed to resume operation with modified tours.

What a difference this March has been. While we still abide by COVID mitigation protocols in the reduction of people per tour and other safety guidelines, the reservations booked for the next three months have been nothing short of a miracle in our eyes. People are eager to see God’s creation, and we are eager to show it.
